What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return artwork within 14 days of purchase for an
exchange or refund, minus shipping costs. If you wish to return the artwork, please
contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We
will provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork safely and securely.
Once we receive the artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition
as when it was shipped. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund or exchange
according to your preference. Please note that customised or commissioned
artwork may not be eligible for returns. For more information, please refer to our
