Definitions
2.1 Art.Africa – A digital marketplace platform for promoting and selling African art.
2.2 Vendor – An artist, curator, or gallery that showcases and sells artworks through the Art.Africa platform.
2.3 Agreement – This PLATFORM-VENDOR AGREEMENT made between Art.Africa and the Vendor for facilitating the listing, marketing, sale, and distribution of artworks through the Art.Africa platform.
